Pricing

While we all know that price should really not be the first consideration,   often reality requires that it get some attention.  Gem Lake Web Design will deliver both quality and value for your dollar.

It is important to note that we create all sites individually,  so an actual price list is not practical.  We are happy to share general information about what we have charged in the past and will always be happy to prepare a no-obligation proposal specific to your needs.

To date, clients have paid from $500 to over $5000, for Gem Lake Web Design sites.   (As a smaller operation we have less overhead and do not have to charge $50,000.00)  These prices are based on time alocations at our hourly rates of $75 for design, graphics and multimedia, $50 for html coding and programming.  

Payment is generally expected in two or three installments depending on the size of the project, to start work, at approval of basic design and layout and when site is complete, before loading on client's server.  For more information about how we do business, please visit our Philosophy page.
